Who We Work With

Organizations where
marketing decisions matter.

We do not seek volume. We work with organizations that have real objectives, real timelines, and a genuine need for senior-level counsel — and that recognize the difference between activity and results.

Client Categories

Three sectors.
Common requirements.

Despite their differences, our corporate, government, and nonprofit clients share a common challenge: communicating credibly and effectively with audiences that are skeptical, distracted, and well-informed.

Corporations

We work with corporate clients across financial services, energy, healthcare, technology, consumer goods, and professional services. Engagements typically involve brand repositioning, competitive differentiation, market entry, merger and acquisition communications, executive thought leadership, and digital transformation of legacy marketing programs.

The common thread is complexity — these are not companies seeking a new website. They are organizations with mature marketing infrastructure that needs to be assessed, refined, and in some cases rebuilt from a strategic foundation.

Government Institutions

Government clients include federal agencies, state departments, municipal entities, and quasi-governmental organizations. Work in this sector centers on public information programs, stakeholder communications, policy messaging, community engagement, and internal communications during periods of organizational restructuring or policy change.

Government communications requires a different discipline than corporate marketing. The audiences are more diverse, the scrutiny is more intense, and the consequences of getting the message wrong are more visible. We understand these dynamics and structure our work accordingly.

Nonprofits & Advocacy

Nonprofit and advocacy clients include national advocacy organizations, foundations, trade associations, professional societies, and mission-driven entities with public policy objectives. Marketing challenges in this sector involve donor and member communications, public awareness programs, coalition development, and legislative campaign support.

We recognize that nonprofit organizations often operate with limited budgets relative to the scale of their objectives. Our work in this sector is designed to deliver maximum strategic value for every dollar invested — with a focus on the channels and tactics that actually move the metrics that matter to mission-driven organizations.

What to Expect

A structured approach to every engagement.

01

Initial Consultation

We start with a direct conversation about the organization's situation, objectives, and constraints. No sales pitch, no capability presentation — just a frank discussion about whether there is a genuine fit between the need and what we can provide.

02

Scope Definition

If we proceed, we develop a detailed scope that specifies what will be done, by whom, on what timeline, and what success looks like. We do not begin work without a clear, written agreement on all of these elements.

03

Structured Engagement

Work proceeds against the agreed scope. Regular status reporting covers what has been done, what the results indicate, and what the next period of work will involve. Recommendations to change course are flagged explicitly, with rationale.

04

Performance Accountability

At the conclusion of each engagement or program phase, we conduct a formal performance review against the agreed objectives. We do not rebrand underperformance as a learning opportunity — we assess it honestly and recommend clear next steps.

"We maintain the discretion of legal counsel and the accountability of financial advisors. Client information does not leave the engagement, and results are reported as they are — not as we wish they were."
